Arbitration

• Daily rate for hearing
• Hourly rate for pre-hearing study and post-hearing work

Mediation

• Daily or half-day rate per party for Mediation Session (lunch is provided for all attendees for full-day sessions)
• Flat fee is usually inclusive of preparation time (if case complexity requires more extensive preparation, hourly rate applies to such preparation)

Travel

• Lower hourly rate applies to actual travel time
• Reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for travel (hotel, airfare, cab fare, meals)

Arbitration/Mediation Cancellation Fees

• If cancellation notice given 8-14 days prior to hearing/session, 25% of full fee
• If cancellation notice given 7 days or less prior to hearing/session, 50% of full fee
